I am constantly adding new ingredients, researching and trialling the latest pro-aging foods and, after years of experimenting, I think this is now The Perfect Smoothie, so far, for delivering optimum nutrition and a protein punch - very important for supporting our adrenals in the morning to give us maximum energy and healthy hormones.
We're likely to eat a shocking 6000 calories on Christmas Day, as well as an extra 500 calories every day on the run-up to the holiday, which starts earlier and earlier each year. By the time we reach New Year's Eve, we could be wearing an extra 5lbs around our tummy..........
